Yellow trumpetbush is known for the stunning bright yellow trumpet shaped flowers it produces. The clusters of flowers are pleasingly fragrant, attracting bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. It blossoms throughout the year. Trumpet Bush is spectacular when in flower and can be the focal point for a garden. Trumpet Bush grows to 12 feet and can be trained as a small tree or large shrub.
Trumpet Bush will bloom better in the sunny location but survive better in the shade if no irrigation is provided.Water yellow bell deeply every other week during warm, dry weather. Let a garden hose run slowly at the base of the plant until the soil is saturated to a depth of 12 to 24 inches, then let the soil dry completely before watering again. Yellow bell is an arid climate plant that thrives with little moisture.
